Delivery Schedule

We deliver fresh halal meat across the UK with two service types: Nationwide Delivery and Local Same-Day Delivery (selected postcodes only).

Orders placed after the stated cut-off times will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak periods.

Packaging & Storage:

All orders, including nationwide deliveries, are packed with temperature-controlled materials to preserve freshness.

Customers should refrigerate or freeze their order immediately upon arrival.

When opening vacuum-packed meats or poultry, you may notice a natural, faint smell — this is normal and will dissipate shortly after exposure to air. The color of the meat may also appear darker or slightly brown due to the vacuum-sealing process. This is harmless, and the meat will return to its natural red color within minutes once exposed to air.
