• 1 whole shoulder

• 1 whole leg

• Neck chops

• Half of the lamb cut into diced pieces and packed in 1kg bags

Packaging & Preparation

All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, fresh, and ready to use immediately or freeze for later. No additional separating is required.

Butchery Notes

We trim and remove as much excess fat as possible during processing; however, some fat on the meat is to be expected.

We are unable to accommodate custom butchery requests outside of the cut options listed above.

Offal is included and consists of:

• Liver

• Heart

• Lungs

Please note: the head and feet are not included.
